Project Cancellation

For project-based contracts:

• Any advance payments made for purchased materials, permits, mobilization, or completed work are non-refundable.
• Final settlement will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and expenses incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to:

• Safety concerns
• Force majeure events
• Client non-compliance
• Non-payment

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered when:

• Services have been paid for but were not provided.
• Duplicate payments have been made.

Non-Refundable Items

• Labor costs already incurred

• Mobilization and transportation costs

3. Payment Terms

Payments shall be made according to the agreed terms stated in the quotation, invoice, or contract. Yansu Technical Services L.L.C reserves the right to suspend work for overdue payments.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client shall provide reasonable access to the work site, necessary approvals, and any information required for the completion of the services. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith. Yansu Technical Services L.L.C shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including material shortages, weather conditions, regulatory approvals, or force majeure events.

6. Variations & Additional Work

Any work requested outside the original scope of the approved quotation may be subject to additional charges and revised completion schedules.

7. Warranty & Defects

Where applicable, Yansu Technical Services L.L.C will rectify workmanship defects reported within the agreed warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

8. Cancellation

If the client cancels a service or project after commencement, charges may apply for completed work, labor, purchased materials, and any costs already incurred.

9. Health & Safety

All work will be carried out in accordance with applicable safety standards. Clients are required to maintain a safe and accessible working environment.

10. Limitation of Liability

Yansu Technical Services L.L.C shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided.
